H4 is a small, family-owned business serving the Greater Charlotte area and beyond. Everyone is curious about the meaning of "H4." It is actually simpler than what you may be thinking. Their last name is Howard and there are 4 members of their family. During the challenging times of the pandemic, Fredrick, while living in Florida, found his passion for culinary arts fading away. However, upon returning to Brooklyn in August 2020 for their sister's wedding, Nature sparked an idea: resurrecting his delicious hot sauce recipe from 2015. This rekindled excitement led to discussions about creating new flavors and exploring endless possibilities. With family at the core- H4Sauce was born. After relocating to Charlotte, the Howards decided to bring H4Sauce back. In 2023, Fredrick stepped out on faith and left his job. H4 began providing personal chef services, culinary demonstrations and classes. They also began to participate in local vendor markets, where you will often see their little brand ambassadors, Nayla and William. They were often asked if they catered because many loved the food and the sauces so much. In February 2024, The Official H4 LLC. officially began to offer their catering services along with the previous services offered. They stand behind bringing you the best quality and flavors for your budget. They do this for family, for legacy, and for the community.
