Ana and Devante celebrated their love with a timeless and elegant spring wedding in Charlotte on April 25, 2025. Hosted at The Casey by Beau Monde Venues, the couple designed a black tie celebration that perfectly balanced sophistication, simplicity, and an unforgettable guest experience. With thoughtful details, a refined color palette, and the stunning architectural features of the venue as their backdrop, their wedding day was the perfect reflection of their vision.

Captured beautifully by House of Willingham, every moment of the day highlighted the couple’s classic style and the warm energy of their celebration.

A Timeless Charlotte Wedding Venue

Ana and Devante chose The Casey by Beau Monde Venues as the setting for their wedding day because of its modern yet timeless design. The venue’s stunning chandeliers, warm architectural details, and rich color palette created the perfect canvas for their classic wedding vision.

The couple embraced a less is more approach when designing their celebration. Rather than over decorating the space, they allowed the beauty of the venue itself to shine.

The Casey’s natural colors of green, black, beige, and ivory aligned perfectly with the couple’s planned wedding palette. From the elegant bar spaces to the warm textures throughout the venue, every detail complemented their vision of a simple yet refined celebration.

Ana shared that their goal was to work with the space rather than overdo it.

“We really wanted to keep it simple, classy, and elegant while playing into The Casey as our backdrop. Coincidentally, The Casey’s colors were also our wedding colors, which made everything feel even more natural. The space already had so many beautiful elements like the chandeliers and bars, so we wanted to embrace that and keep things understated.”

A Black Tie Wedding with an Elevated Guest Experience

One of the most memorable aspects of Ana and Devante’s Charlotte wedding was the couple’s focus on guest experience. They envisioned a night where family and friends could celebrate love while also enjoying a glamorous evening out.

The wedding was designed as a black tie affair, with guests encouraged to wear all black for a cohesive and sophisticated atmosphere. The result was a stunning and elevated celebration where everyone felt part of the overall aesthetic.

Ana and Devante loved the idea of giving their guests an opportunity to truly dress up and enjoy a special evening together.

“We knew we wanted a black tie affair and asked our guests to wear all black. We wanted our family and friends to have a night where they could not only celebrate love but also dress up and look good. How many times a year do you really get to play dress up and go all out?”

The all black dress code created a striking visual against the soft neutral tones of the venue and decor.

Elegant Wedding Details and Thoughtful Design

To complement the venue’s architecture and their refined wedding style, Ana and Devante worked with SIPS Rentals for decor and rentals. The design featured clean lines, soft ivory florals, and understated details that enhanced the overall aesthetic without overwhelming the space.

Minimalist tablescapes with glowing candlelight added warmth to the reception while maintaining the elegant atmosphere the couple envisioned. The details were intentional and timeless, allowing the celebration to feel elevated yet effortless.

The neutral palette of ivory, black, and soft greens carried throughout the day, creating a cohesive look from ceremony to reception.

Capturing Every Moment

House of Willingham documented the day with a beautiful blend of editorial style and authentic moments. From the quiet anticipation of getting ready to the joyful celebration on the dance floor, each image tells the story of a wedding filled with love and intention.

The couple’s portraits throughout The Casey highlight both the architecture of the venue and the effortless chemistry between Ana and Devante.
